* Please note all our colour services require a 50% deposit; The deposit is refundable in full should you need to make a cancellation and give us at least 5 days notice. If we are given less than 5 days notice a percentage of the deposit is kept and is non transferable.
4 Days notice - 20% Deposit Kept
3 Days notice - 40% Deposit Kept
2 Days notice - 60% Deposit Kept
1 Days notice - 80% Deposit Kept
Cancellation on the Day - 100% Deposit Kept
PRICES
30 minutes is not logistically enough time to tackle 3 months worth of grown out hair even without extra precautions in place making the appointment longer than usual. We therefore made the decision to charge all short cuts at £30, a £2 discount from the usual scissor cut and wash price of £32 and a £2 increase from the usual £28 clipper cut and wash option. This works out at a very small surcharge of £2 to cover extra cleaning products and precautionary equipment that it has been necessary to purchase, in order to enable a clean and safe visit for everyone.
We are now able to offer full blow-drys.
Masks are also no longer mandatory in salon, though stylists are happy to still wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.

*Please Note* Hair Cut and Colour Loyalty Cards are ONLY valid for one stylist, whose name will be written on the card.
A new card will be issued if you have your cut or colour with a different stylist.
